MODEL R-30

Replacement Bagger Jack
The Model R-30 was designed as a quick, inexpensive replacement for the bagger jack on all ROGEN equipment. In addition the R-30 may be used to replace the flimsy, troublesome bagger jacks found on most imported bagger racks with a tough commercial quality bagger jack made in the U.S.A.

The R-30 mounts on any existing bagger rack without drilling additional holes. New mounting bolts and installation instructions are included. All R-30s are shipped completely assembled. An enlarged parts view is packed with every unit and replacement parts are readily available. The R-30 is plated with a bright zinc finish.

COUNTER BAG RACKS

ROGEN Counter Bag Racks are available as the basic "Wall Mount" or with optional brackets to convert to an "Under Counter" Bag Rack.

We have designed our rack stronger. We have achieved this by keeping the mounting holes and the wire hooks close together. This does not allow flexing or bending.

With the ROGEN Bag Rack you do not have to purchase a complete new rack to convert to under the counter applications. You may purchase the brackets separately. These brackets are mounted through the same mounting hole as the wall mount unit, and easily convert the standard wall mount into an under counter unit. Racks are plated with a bright zinc finish.

MODEL C-30

Bagger Rack & Jack
The C-30 is a sturdy three-roll rack bagging jackunit. The R-30 jack with EXTENDED foot pedal is standard. It has a special shock absorbing impact stopper that transfers noise and bounce to the floor. The C-30 is designed to speed bagging for dry cleaners, laundries, retail and formal wear stores.

The unusual strength of the Model C-30 comes from its U shaped, one-piece base and cross support bar, which eliminates twist and sway. Bags load easily with extra long roll holder tubes/vinyl grips on each end. Each bag has its own spring loaded bag holder bar with rubber grips to prevent poly bags from slipping backwards. MODEL B-32

Heavy Duty Bagger Stand
Model B-32 is our no fail heavy duty jack. The heavy base gives excellent anti-tip characteristics and eliminates walking associated with other units. The hanger hook lifts smoothly, and our heavy-duty bearing clutch assembly allows the sliding tube to stop and lock at any height. A touch of the R-30 Jack with the EXTENDED foot pedal returns hook to its lowest position. A cushioned impact stopper absorbs impact noise and the jack base does not move. Bright Zinc Finish.

MODEL B-16

Economy Bagger Stand
The B-16 also uses the R-30 Jack with the EXTENDED foot pedal together with one U shaped base. It creates an economical bagger stand with anti-tip characteristics. Operation of the B-16 has the same applications as our B-32. Bright Zinc Finish.
